January month events

In January 2026, the United States will celebrate New Year's Day with the famous Rose Parade and the NHL Winter Classic, which will be held outside in Miami this year. There are two federal holidays in the month: New Year's Day on January 1 and Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 19. The latter is a day for people to reflect on their lives and do community service.
